Modern life is very stressful, when we try to juggle so many responsibilities at the same time such as work, home, friends, children, business entrepreneurs, managing money, clients, co-workers, neighbors etc.  High levels of stress lead to anxiety, fatigue, depression, insomnia, over-thinking, worry, panic attacks and constant negative thinking. Furthermore, it is scientifically proven that living in this constant state of survival can change the body biologically and chemically activating cancer cells or chronic illness. The good news is current neuroscience research provides alternative ways of beating stress and have life balance.


There are different types of stress, like emotional, physical, financial, environmental and mental stress. Energetically, the body gets out of balance as you are draining your energy unconsciously with this constant state of survival.


Common symptoms of stress in the physical body are:

  • Sleep problems 

  • Lowered libido 

  • Digestive issues 

  • Chronic pain in the body 

  • Stiff joints and back 

  • Fatigue 

  • Lowered cognitive skills 

  • Poor productivity 

  • Eating too little or too much 

  • Feeling irritable/emotionally unstable/overwhelmed 

Example of survival emotions:

Insecurity, hatred, judgement, victimization, worry, guilt, depression, shame, anxiety, regret, suffering, frustration, fear, greed, sadness, disgust, envy, anger, resentment, unworthiness, lack.

Example of limiting states of mind:
Competitive, overwhelmed, complaining, blaming, confused, distracted, self-pitying, desperate, lacking, resentful, controlling, dramatic, needy, self-involved, sensitive/insensitive, needing of recognition.

These symptoms have a powerful and negative impact on your whole life. Some people turn to prescription medication with little or no success, as medication it is just a placebo. Many people “self-medicate” with alcohol, drugs with little success and also risk addiction and dependency, creating another problem. However, there is an alternative solution, a drug free way of training your mind, brain and body to live in an elevated estate of peace, tranquility and not allowing the external environment to affect your internal state.

I have personally worked with many clients and enabled them to achieve lasting freedom from anxiety, panic attack and stress over the years, using my comprehensive, non-drug holistic approach which teaches you a new way of living anxiety-free.  I will teach you how to transform your negative thoughts, attitudes, behaviors, lower frequency emotions and feelings while re-wiring your brain with powerful hypnotic suggestions to function more positively and calmly.  It usually takes 5-10 sessions to achieve a new more relaxed and calmer way of thinking and greater peace of mind.  This varies from person to person of course, depending on how long and how severely you are affected.  Sessions take 1:30hr.
